Learning Swimming can provide you with a low impact workout and it’s also a good way to improve in life. We have 4 different levels by an assessment in your first session.

Intermediate

Woman & girls of all ages can exercise and socialize together in this female-only environment and simply improving the long-forgotten basic technique.

Advance

Some people who enjoy swimming want to take it to a competitive level this can provide the health benefits of vigorous workout as well as the fun and thrill of competition.

Private

One to one sessions allows for a more intimate view of your practice , it allows instructors the opportunity to focus on you and make sure you are getting off the appropriate start.

Free Swim

This session provide you to swim in a lane with your own responsibilities without an instructor neither a supervisor. A great opportunity to chillout and have fun.
